We at Corestad GmbH take data protection very seriously. We therefore process your data exclusively based on the statutory provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). For this reason, we would like to provide a clear presentation of the data stored and the systems used.
Depending on the form in which you have contacted us, the following data can be recorded and saved:
- Internet usage data (e.g. IP address, time, browser, referrer, location).
- Log data (e.g. server log files, log files on a visitor’s usage processes)
- Contact and personal data: First and last name, customer pseudonyms, e-mail address, telephone number, postal address
Below you will find an overview of the types of data collection and the software systems that support us in conducting our business.
By providing your e-mail address, telephone number, name, your company via one of the contact options on the website (contact form, telephone number) or by contacting us via a known e-mail address or telephone number, you are deemed to have a legitimate interest and consent to the further processing of your data. The data collected will be recorded in our CRM system and kept in accordance with any legal requirements.
The data will not be passed on to third parties outside the CRM systems. Corresponding order processing contracts are agreed with the respective parties. Contact or further use of your data by third parties is only permitted with your consent.
Corestad GmbH declares in a legally binding manner that it has taken all necessary measures to ensure the security of the processing. The information rights of those affected are ensured in accordance with the legal regulations (information, disclosure, correction and deletion, data transferability, objection, as well as automated decision making in individual cases).
Storage duration varies depending on the type of contact:
- Application documents are stored for a period of 6 months.
- Contact requests are stored for a period of 36 months.
- E-mails, protocols, customer resources, project data as well as other information will be stored for a period of at least 5+2 years for legal reasons, unless otherwise contractually agreed. Anonymisation of personal data is carried out to a reasonable extent after a period of three years, provided that anonymisation does not conflict with other legal provisions.
Google Products (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
Our website uses functions of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Cookies are used for this purpose (see below), which enable an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information thus generated is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there.
You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are stored. We have concluded a corresponding contract with the provider for order data processing.
Your IP address is recorded but immediately pseudonymised. Thus, only a rough localisation is possible.
The relationship with the web analysis provider is based on “Privacy Shield”.
The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 of the Telecommunications Act and Art 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (justified interest) of the DSGVO.
Our concern in terms of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web presence. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymised.
The user data is stored for a period of 6 months [this must be clarified with the web analysis service].
